None present for appellant. Appellant was accused in I.D. Complaint No.27/2023 (Mst. Azra Saleem vs. Mst. Shaista alias Najma), wherein she moved application under section 265-K,Cr.PC for her premature acquittal; complainant recorded her no objection in the said application on the ground that possession of property has been obtained by her and learned trial Court allowed her application under section 265-K,Cr.PC and acquitted her of the charge. Since issue of possession of the property cannot be resolved through instant criminal appeal on the ground that appellant has been acquitted of the charge by learned trial Court on the basis of no objection extended by complainant, therefore, instant criminal merits no objection, the same is accordingly dismissed.
