            Applicant/accused Syed Muhammad Yasir Hussain son of Syed Muhammad Hussain seeks protective bail in FIR No.24/2025, registered at P.S. Shaheed Muhammad Ashraf Loralai for offence under section 380, PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives by complainant; that alleged offence does not fall within the prohibitory clause of section 497, Cr.PC; that applicant/accused is a law abiding citizen, he is M.S. Teaching Hospital Loralai and intends to surrender before learned trial Court but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of local police therefore he needs some protection to enable him to appear before the learned trial Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused above named for a period of seven (7) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
