Zulqarnain Khan son of Fareeduddin
Khan seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.21/2025 for offence under section 489-F,
PPC, after rejection of his bail plea by learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII,
Karachi West vide order dated 18.03.2025.
At the
very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that the parties have
settled their dispute outside the Court and alleged offence is compoundable.
She prayed that interim pre-arrest bail granted to applicant may be confirmed.
Learned counsel for complainant admits the position that the parties have
settled their dispute outside the Court and she recorded her no objection for
confirmation of bail. Learned A.P.G. has also recorded her no objection.
Since
the alleged offence is compoundable and the parties have settled their dispute
outside the Court, therefore, interim pre-arrest bail granted applicant above
named by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 is confirmed on the same terms
and conditions.
Instant
criminal bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
