                        This bail application has been filed in crime No. 97/2000 lodged at PS Jhudo under section 395, 381-A, 34 PPC.

                        Learned counsel for the applicant states that vide judgment dated 28-05-2009 the Divisional Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Appeal No.81/2003, whereby the case was remanded to be tried by the competent jurisdiction and he informs that now the trial Court is going to start proceedings and matter will be fixed for framing of charge.

                        Learned Assistant Prosecutor General, Sindh opposed the bail application, however, he has no objection if the bail application is disposed of simply with the directions to the trial Court to expeditiously conclude the trial within three months.

                        Learned counsel for the applicant has agreed to this suggestion, however, he requests that instead of conclusion of the trial within three months the shortest time may be fixed.

                        In view of the above, this criminal Bail Application along with pending application is disposed of with the direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within two months with the compliance report to this Court. Office is directed to immediately send the order to the trial Court so that time may not be wasted.
