alias Bux Ali and Faraz Hussain son of Muhammad Rafiq Haslo seek protective bail in FIR No.37/2025, registered at
P.S. Waleed, District Larkana,
for offence under sections 506-B, 504, 337-H(ii), 34, PPC. Learned counsel for
applicant submits that applicants is innocent and they have been falsely
implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motives
otherwise he has nothing to do with the alleged offence; that no specific role
has been assigned to the applicants/accused in the FIR; that they are law
abiding citizens and intend to surrender before learned trial Court concerned
but they apprehend their arrest at the hands of local police in order to
humiliate and disgrace them, as such, they need some protection to enable to
appear before the trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named for a period of seven (7)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir
of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to
surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the
trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven
days from today or whenever applicants surrender before the trial Court
concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail
to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond
shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
