Ali Khan, seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR
No.298/2024, registered at P.S. Sharifabad,
Karachi, under Section 489-F, PPC, after rejection of his bail plea by learned Civil
Judge & Judicial Magistrate-X, Karachi Central vide order dated 13.03.2024.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been
falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motives;
that the applicant/accused is a law abiding citizens, he intends to surrender
before learned trial Court but apprehends his arrest at the hands of local
police after rejection of his bail plea by learned trial Court, therefore, he
needs some protection to enable to appear before the trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the
sum of Rs.100,000/-
(Rupees One Hundred Thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to join the investigation/trial forthwith. Let the notice be issued
against Prosecutor General Sindh as well as complainant, to be served through the IO of the aforesaid FIR for 13.06.2025. Applicant is directed to
attend for confirmation or otherwise.
