Applicant/accused
Muhammad Sameer son of Muhammad Nasir seeks protective bail in FIR No.10/2025, registered
at P.S. FIA Corporate Crime Circle, Karachi for offence under sections 4, 5, 23
of Foreign Exchange Registration Act, 1947 (Amended) Act, 2020. Learned counsel
for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely
implicated by IO during investigation of aforesaid FIR and has issued notice
under section 160, Cr.PC for personal appearance of
applicant before the IO but he feels apprehension of his arrest at the hands of
IO for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in
the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to
have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever applicant surrenders
before the trial Court concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear,
in case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
