alias Bux Ali seeks protective bail in FIR No.124/2025,
registered at P.S. Kamaber City, for offence under
sections 302, 337-H(ii), PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that
applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to mala
fide intentions and ulterior motives otherwise he has nothing to do with the
alleged offence; that no specific role has been assigned to the
applicant/accused, he went to deceased house along with main accused for taking
her hand and on this aspect he has been implicated in this case by complainant;
that he is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before learned trial
Court concerned but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of local police in
order to humiliate and disgrace him, as such, he needs some protection to
enable to appear before the trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named for a period of seven (7)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed
to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join
the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven
days from today or whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court
concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant fails
to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond
shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
