            Applicant/accused Ashar Khan son of Rais Khan has filed instant criminal bail application through his father Rais Khan and seeks protective bail in FIR No.532/2022, registered at P.S. Azizabad, Karachi for offence under Section 489-F, PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that at present applicant is in UAE and he intends to travel to Pakistan in order to appear before learned concerned Court within a specified period. He further submits that learned trial Court has declared him proclaimed offence and has issued NBW against him and requests that the operation of NBW may be suspended in order to enable the applicant to appear before learned trial Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective-cum-transitory bail is granted to applicant/accused above named for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
