Mr.
Hafiz Abdul Rahim, advocate, holding brief on behalf of Mr. Usman
Farooq, counsel for applicant, states that latter is
busy before another Bench. However, after arguing the bail application at some
length, under instructions, he does not press the instant criminal bail
application and seeks direction to the learned trial Court for early disposal
of the case. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no
objection on such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed on merits.
However, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of applicant
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three (3) months.
