            Applicants/accused Jabbar son of Musa Jan, Ramzan son of Musa Jan, Pir Muhammad son of Nawab and Najeebullah son of Pir Muhammad seek protective bail in FIR No.636/2025, registered at P.S. SITE Superhighway Malir Karachi for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 395, 427, 337(i), 448, PPC. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motives; that they are law abiding citizens and intend to surrender before learned trial Court concerned but apprehend their arrest at the hands of police in order to humiliate and disgrace them, as such, they need some protection to enable to appear before the trial Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused above named for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever applicants surrender before the trial Court concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
