Muhammad Rameez
Khan son of Abdul Kareem Khan seeks protective bail in FIR No.83/2025,
registered at P.S. FIA, Cyber Crime Circle, Faisalabad for offence under
Sections 13, 14, 16 of PECA, 2016 read with section 109, 419, 420 PPC. Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely
implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motives
otherwise he has nothing to do with the alleged offence; that he is a law
abiding citizen and intends to surrender before learned trial Court concerned
but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of FIA officials in order to
humiliate and disgrace him, as such, he needs some protection to enable to
appear before the trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named for a period of seven (7)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir
of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial
Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This
order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or
whenever applicant surrenders before the trial Court concerned, which one
occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant fails to surrender before
the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands
automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
