Applicants/accused
Muhammad Ali Abbas son of Abbas Ali Marchant, Muneeb Mustafa son
of Ghulam Mustafa and Ms. Hinozia Abbas Ali Marchant wife of Muneeb
Mustafa seek protective bail in FIR No.10122/2024, registered at P.S. Factory
Area, District Shekhupura for offence under Sections
406/34, PPC. Learned counsel for the
applicants submits that the applicants/accused are innocent and they have been
falsely implicated in the aforesaid FIR for mala intentions and ulterior
motives; they are law-abiding citizen and intend to surrender before the trial
Court concerned but he apprehend their arrest at the hands of local police as
such they need some protection to enable to appear before the trial Court
concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named for a period of seven (7)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir
of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to
surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the
trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven
days from today or whenever applicants/accused surrender before the trial Court
concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused
fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail
bonds shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
