Hassan seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.683/2024, registered at P.S. Docks for
offence under sections 324, 34, PPC, after rejection of his bail plea by
learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Karachi West vide order dated
30.12.2024.
Learned
counsel for applicant at the very outset submits that the parties have settled
their dispute outside the Court and complainant has recorded no objection for
confirmation of pre-arrest bail of the applicant/accused.
Mr.
Tariq Khan, advocate, files Vakalatnama on behalf of complainant, it is taken
on record. He endorsed the statement of learned counsel for applicant. Injured
of this case, namely, Salahuddin is also present in
Court and has recorded no objection for confirmation of pre-arrest bail of
applicant. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has also recorded no
objection.
In
view of above, since the alleged offence is compoundable and the parties have
settled their dispute outside the Court, therefore, interim pre-arrest bail
granted to applicant by this Court vide order dated 05.05.2025 is confirmed on
the same terms and conditions.
Instant
criminal bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
