Learned counsel for applicant after arguing the matter at some length does not press the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide the case of the applicant preferably within three months. Learned D.P.G. has recorded no objection on such proposal.

In view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed on merits. However, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the case of the applicant preferably within a period of three months, by taking all coercive measures to procure the attendance of prosecution witnesses, under intimation to this Court though learned MIT-II.
