Learned counsel for applicant, after arguing the matter at some length, does not press the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide the case of applicant preferably within three months. Learned counsel for complainant as well as learned D.P.G. have recorded their no objection on such proposal.

In the view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed on merits. However, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of applicant preferably within three months.
