Through this criminal misc. application, the applicants have impugned the order dated 30.05.2024, passed by the learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate-IV, Larkana, wherein he has took the cognizance of the offence.

Today the applicants are called absent, no intimation is received. However, I have perused the order with the assistance of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents as well as learned D.P.G. No illegality or irregularity has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant in the application. Resultantly instant criminal misc. application is dismissed along with listed application. However, the applicants are at liberty to file application U/S 249-A or 265-K Cr.P.C for premature acquittal before the trial court.

Instant criminal misc. application stands disposed of as above.
