           Minors Ghulam Sughran @ Dilkash and Sakeena @ Chahat, aged about 11 years and 09 years, produced by Mst. Ajeeban the mother of the minors before this court. The grandmother of the minors is also present, the counsel for the petitioner submits that since last more than one year grandmother is not being allowed to meet with the minors. Since the minors are residing with their mother their custody cannot be treated as illegal or under detention. The permanent custody of minors is subject to the orders of Guardian and Wards Court if parties approach the same. As an interim arrangement the grandmother of the minors is granted visiting rights. She will visit the minors on every Friday from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 noon. Since it has been reported by the counsel for the respondents that there is enmity over matrimonial affairs between parties and there are chances of bloodshed if the petitioner comes to the village of respondents. In such circumstances the respondents No.4 and 5 are directed to produce the minors before this court on every Friday from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 noon, where the grandmother of the children shall hold meeting with the children in the office of Additional Registrar of this court. The travelling expenses to the extent of Rs.3000/- per visit shall be borne by the petitioner. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are changing their place of residence frequently, therefore, they are facing problems in filing a suit for custody in terms of section 9 of Guardian and Wards Act. Since the respondents have stated that they are residing permanently in Radhan village for the purposes of the determination of the place of abode of the minors the court having jurisdiction within the premises of police station Radhan village shall decide the permanent custody of minors. The visit of the minors is subject to the final orders of Guardian and Wards Court.
