counsel for applicant does not press the instant criminal bail application on
the ground that learned trial Court has acquitted the applicant of the charge
by way of compromise vide order dated 21.03.2025. Copy of order dated
21.03.2025 has been placed on record.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed. So
far as the surety furnished in the instant criminal bail application is
concerned, the same is no more required, office is
directed to return the surety, after proper verification and identification, as
per rules.
