is present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for applicant mainly
contended that after usual investigation IO recommended the disposal of case in
“C” class, which has been approved by learned Magistrate concerned vide order
dated 20.03.2024.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as having become
infructuous. So far as the surety furnished in the instant criminal bail
application is concerned, the same is no more required,
office is directed to return the surety, after proper verification and
identification, as per rules.
