busy before another Bench, after arguing the instant criminal bail application
at some length does not press the same and seeks direction to the trial Court
to decide the case of the applicant preferably within a period of three months.
Special Prosecutor ANF has recorded no objection for such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed on
merits, with direction to the trial Court to decide the case of the applicant
preferably within a period of three months.
