criminal acquittal appeal was filed on 09.05.2024 and it was first time fixed
before this Court on 18.12.2024 but the matter was adjourned due to non-appearance of the appellant
as well as his counsel. Today, the office has fixed this matter for orders as
to non-prosecution. Neither the appellant nor his counsel is in attendance,
which shows that they have lost interest to pursue the instant appeal, the same is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
