2.         One Khalid Ahmed, clerk of respondent No.1 has submitted copy of letter dated 09.12.2009. The letter is taken on record. It is stated in the letter that an amount of Rs.65,100/- is liable to be paid to the petitioner for the for the intervening period. The petitioner states that if this amount is paid his grievance would stand redressed and he would not press the petition any further. Deputy Chief Inspector of Stamps, Board of Revenue, Sindh Hyderabad is directed to ensure that an amount of Rs.65100/- is paid to the petitioner by January 31, 2010.

            This constitution petition is disposed of in the above terms.
