listed application, learned counsel for applicant seeks return of the passport
of applicant which was deposited with the Nazir of this Court in compliance of
order dated 04.12.2014 as the applicant intends to go abroad to attend marriage
ceremonies of his grandchildren in Canada and USA, which are scheduled in the
months of June and August, 2025 and he intends to proceed abroad for three
months from June to August 2025. Learned Assistant Attorney General has recorded
no objection as he stated that earlier four times permission/return of passport
was allowed by this Court vide orders dated 03.07.2017, 27.11.2017, 11.06.2018
and 13.09.2022, the passport was returned to the applicant for abroad trip
subject to his furnishing surety.
The
application is allowed. Let the passport be returned to the applicant subject
to same surety of Rs.500,000/- if it is still intact for
the period from June 2025 to August 2025 for three months (w.e.f. 01.06.2025 to 31.08.2025). He
shall redeposit the passport with the Nazir of this Court after returning back
to Pakistan. Nazir is directed to handover the passport of the applicant
subject to the proper verification and identification.
