Mr.

------------------------------------
Applicants/accused
Ashfaq Ahmed son of Abdul Rehman,
Mehrab son of Abdul Jabbar
and Danish Riaz
Minhas son of Muhammad Riaz
Minhas, seek protective bail pre-arrest bail in FIR No.467/2024, registered at P.S. Khawaja Ajmair Nagri for offence under sections 324, 427, 506-B, 34, PPC
read with Section 25-D of the Telegraph Act, 1885. Learned counsel for
applicant submits that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely
implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motives; that
applicants/accused are law abiding citizens and they intend to surrender before
the concerned Court but they feel apprehension of their arrest at the hands of
police in order to humiliate and disgrace them, hence they need some protection
to enable them to appear before the Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
above named, for a period of five (5)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed
to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join
the investigation/trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect
after expiry of five days from today or whenever applicants/accused surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier.
It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused fail to surrender before the
trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bonds shall stand automatically
forfeited.
The
instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
