Mst. Madiha Imran wife
of Syed Imran Ali seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.576/2024, registered at P.S. Shahrah-e-Noor Jahan for offence
under sections 302, 34, PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that
applicant is not nominated in FIR, previously her mother was implicated in the
FIR and IO found her innocent in the investigation and placed her name in
Column No.2 of challan and now the IO is calling the
applicant for her statement but she apprehends her arrest at the hands of IO in
order to humiliate and disgrace her, hence she needs some protection to enable her
to appear before the Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in
the aforesaid period and join the investigation/trial forthwith. This order
shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever
applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier.
It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the
trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stand automatically
forfeited.
The
instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
