Subhan alias Lool seeks
post arrest bail in FIR No.263/2024, registered at P.S. Rizvia
for offence under section 9(1)3(c) of the Control of Narcotic Substances
(Amendment) Act, 2022, after rejection of his bail plea by learned Additional
Sessions Judge-VII/MCTC-2, Karachi Central vide order dated 01.03.2025. Learned
counsel for applicant, after arguing the bail application at some length, does
not press the same and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide the case of
the applicant preferably within a period of 2 months. Learned Additional
Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no objection on such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, learned trial Court is directed
to decide the case of the applicant preferably within 2 months.
