Abdul Ghani son
of Abdul Karim Barejo seeks
protective bail in FIR No.297/2025, registered at P.S. Steel Town, Karachi for
offence under section 147, 148, 149, 504, 337H(ii) and 506, PPC. Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been
falsely implicated in this case for mala intentions and ulterior motives; that
the alleged offence does not fall within the prohibitory clause of Section 497,
Cr.PC; that applicant is complainant of FIRs Nos.98
and 289 of 2025 registered at P.S. Steel Town, District Malir
Karachi and the instant FIR is counterblast of FIR registered by applicant
against complainant party; that he is a law abiding citizen and intends to
surrender before the trial Court concerned but he apprehends his arrest at the
hands of concerned police in order humiliate and disgrace him.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the
aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have
its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever the applicant surrenders
before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case,
applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his
bail bond shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
