present for applicant. Same position was on last four dates of hearings viz.
14.12.2023, 15.02.2024, 31.05.2024 and 16.08.2024. In terms of order dated
05.04.2023, learned counsel for applicant was directed to satisfy this Court
about the maintainability of instant revision application. Continuous absence
of applicant and his counsel shows that they have lost interest to pursue their
case. However, applicant has impugned order dated 28.02.2023, which is
reproduced as under:
“In the interest of justice, IO is
directed to get the forensic test done through National Forensic Science Agency
Laboratory Islamabad, in order to observe fairness and satisfaction of an
indene pent trial proceedings, on Govt. expenses. Application stands disposed off, accordingly.”
Applicant
has filed this criminal revision application on behalf of the witnesses and he
was directed to satisfy the Court that how a witness is competent to impugn the
order. Apparently, it appears that there is no illegality in the impugned
order. Therefore, the instant criminal revision application is dismissed on
merits, along with pending application(s), if any.
