Petitioner Asif Sattar has filed this petition through attorney Irfan Ahmed against the harassment caused by official respondents. Notices were issued to the official respondents. Statement has been filed by SHO P.S. Boat Basin, respondent No.3 and learned A.A.G. makes statement at bar that official respondents will not cause any harassment to the petitioner in future. In view of such statements, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition, the same accordingly dismissed along with pending application(s). However, official respondents are directed to act strictly in accordingly with law.
