            Applicants/accused Abdul Qadir son of Allah Dino, Faiz Muhammad son of Pirano, Allah Dino son of Pirano Ali Sher son of Arbab and Muhammad Bilawal son of Abdullah seek protective bail in FIR No.84/2025, registered at P.S. Khipro, District Sanghar for offence under Section 324, 337A(i), 337-F(i), 114, 506, 147, 148, 149, PPC. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case for mala intentions and ulterior motives; that the alleged offence under 324, PPC has been misapplied, therefore, the alleged does not fall within the prohibitory clause of Section 497, Cr.PC; that they are law abiding citizens and intend to surrender before the trial Court concerned but they apprehend arrest at the hands of local police in order humiliate and disgrace them.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever the applicants surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stand automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
