Applicant/accused
is present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for applicant submits
that the parties have settled their dispute out the Court and they have filed
compromise application before learned trial Court, which has been accepted and
the applicant has been acquitted of the charge by way of compromise.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application stands dismissed as having become infructuous. So far as the surety
furnished in instant criminal bail application is concerned, it is no more required, the same shall be released to the Surety, after
proper verification and identification, as per rules.
