O R D E R

OMAR SIAL, J:-   Applicant Mst. Mehnaz has sought for post arrest Bail in crime No. 131/2024, registered under sections 395 P.P.C at Darri Police Station.

2.      The FIR mentioned above was registered on 18.09.2024 at 2100 hours on the complaint of Zahid Hussain Jatoi, who stated that on the date of incident he was standing at taxi stand Larkana, where three ladies came there and stte dthat some one had died in their village Kothi Kalhori. They were idendied as Mst. Sameena, Mst. Tahmeena and Mst. Samreen. When they reched kalhori curve, two persons came on motorcycle as Faqeer Muhammad @ Bakhat and Karim @ Rehmatullah Rind, they took out pistols from their folds and made straight upon the complainant and robbed car of detailed below and went away towards Kambar Road and he returned back on vagan. Thereafter he appeared at poll and lodged the F.I.R of the above incident.

3.      Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and she has falsely been involved in this case. He has prayed for grant of post-arrest bail.

3.      I have heard the learned Additional Prosecutor General who was assisted by the complainant.

5.      Given the above, the post-arrest bail application is allowed. Applicant is admitted on post-arrest bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court.
