            By consent, the following order is passed:

            The impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the trial Court to decide afresh after providing the proper opportunity to both the parties and keeping in view the document i.e. annexure ‘E’. This exercise shall be completed within three months.

            Criminal revision application stands disposed of in the above terms.
