          Instant application was filed to the extent that the Diyat amount of the minor legal heirs Abid Hussain and Khalid Hussain be given to their mother (applicant). Report was called from the National Saving Center-II, Larkana, which is accordingly submitted. Learned Counsel for the applicant concedes that he does not claim Diyat amount of the minor legal heirs however, interest accumulated thereon be given to the applicant for the betterment and livelihood of minor legal heirs being their mother and natural guardian.

          Contentions made by learned Counsel require consideration. Accordingly, the amount of interest accumulated on the Share of minors is granted to the applicant being mother for the betterment of minor legal heirs.

          MA No.6066 of 2024, stands disposed of in above terms.
