          Learned counsel’s grievance is that the applicant is afraid that the harm will be caused to him by the respondents No.6 to 9, as they are absconders in case registered by the applicant. The applicant is at liberty to approach the relevant S.S.P, who shall assess the threat to him and act accordingly in accordance with law. Learned counsel further submits that Section 87 & 88 Cr.PC proceedings have been completed, there is however, no confirmation about the same. Learned trial Court is directed that if Section 87 & 88 Cr.PC proceedings are completed and the accused have been declared proclaimed offenders, the requisite directions to NADRA and Immigration departments be sent to suspend the CNICs and passports is made.

Learned counsel is satisfied with such directions and does not press this application any further. Accordingly, instant application is disposed of in above terms.
