4.         Without touching merits or demerits of the case Applicant Abdul Raheem Khoso son of Abdul Kareem Khoso, is admitted to protective bail for a period of 07 days in Crime No.85/2024, for offence under Sections 353, 324, 397, 186, 337-D, 34 PPC r/w 7 ATA Act, registered at Police Station, Awami Colony, Karachi, in order to approach the Trial Court and surrender before it without apprehension of being arrested on his way. This Order is subject to the Applicant's furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This Order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of period of 07 days i.e. on 20.03.2025 or on the Applicant's surrendering himself before the concerned trial court whichever is earlier. The operation of the NBWs, if any, issued against the applicant shall remain suspended for the period of effectiveness of this Order.

            The bail application stands disposed of.
