            Applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of the court against the order dated 23-02-2024, passed by the court of learned 01^st Additional Sessions Judge, Thul, whereby a Cr. Revision Application No.4/2023 Re(Mukhtiar Ali Noonari V. Shahnawaz Noonari and others) filed by the Respondent No.2 was allowed, order dated 10-06-2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate Thul set aside and prayed to quash the proceedings of direct complaint No.01/2023.

            Applicant and his learned counsel are called absent without intimation. Mr. Bhutto, appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 submits a formal charge of the case has been framed; the case is fixed for recording evidence, however, the applicant's party avoiding to proceed the case.

            Record reflects that after filing instant application, the applicant and his learned counsel has preferred to remain absent. On 17-02-2025, specific directions were accorded, if on next date viz today, the applicant and his learned counsel fail to appear, an appropriate order shall be passed in accordance with the law. Same is the position today. From the conduct of applicant, it transpires that he is not interested to pursue the application. Such fact has compelled the court to dismiss the application. Order accordingly.
