Adnan Abid son of Abid Hussain has received call up notice issued by SIP FIA
Bahawalpur, Punjab in Enquiry No.E-30/2025, AHTC, FIA against the applicant. Learned advocate for
applicant submits that still no FIR has been lodged against the applicant but
the applicant feels apprehension of his arrest in the alleged enquiry and he
seeks some protection in order to enable him to appear before the Enquiry
Officer.
In
view of above, applicant may appear before the Enquiry Officer concerned but he may not be arrested until and unless
registration of any FIR against him.
The instant
criminal bail application is disposed of
in the above terms.
