counsel for applicant, after arguing the matter at some length, does not press
the instant criminal bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to
conclude the trial, preferably within a period of two months. She further
submits that 10 witnesses have been examined by the trial Court and the case is
at the verge of conclusion. In view of such position, instant criminal bail
application is disposed of with direction to the trial Court to decide the case
of applicant/accused, preferably within a period of two months.
