Syed Asghar
Ali Shah son of Mehdi Shah seeks protective bail in FIR No.85/2025,
registered at P.S. Gadap City for offence under
sections 380, 457, 454, 427, 34 PPC. Learned counsel for the applicant is
innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case in order to humiliate and
disgrace him; that he is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before
the trial Court but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of the police for
mala fide reasons.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused Syed Asghar Ali Shah son of Mehdi Shah, for a period of four (4) days from today, subject to
furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty
five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the
trial Court in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order
shall cease to have its effect after expiry of four days from today or whenever
applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier.
It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the
trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically
forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
