counsel for petitioner does not press this petition on the ground that the
alleged abductee in FIR No.723/2024, registered at P.S. Azizabad, Karachi
Central for offence under Section 365-B, PPC has been recovered by the police.
SIP Muhammad Imran of SSOIU Central Karachi has filed report, it is taken on
record. He submits that the police has recovered the
alleged abductee and he will produce her before the learned Magistrate
concerned, who may decide the case of alleged abductee in accordance with law.
In view of such position, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
