Petitioners
have approached Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, filed application under Section
22-B, Cr.PC and sought direction to the SHO of P.S.
KIA, Karachi to provide legal protection. Learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace vide order dated 25.01.2024 issued directions to the
concerned police to provide them protection in accordance with law. Learned
counsel for petitioners submits that after taking direction from Ex-Officio
Justice of Peace, FIR No.180/2024 was registered under sections 489-F, 420, 34,
PPC at P.S. Quaidabad, Quetta, the petitioners are on
bail in the aforesaid FIR but still they feel apprehension of their arrest in
other FIRs, therefore, they approached this Court of protection. Mr. Ali Zardari, A.A.G., present in Court in some other cases,
waives notice and submits that the official respondents are ready to provide
protection to the petitioners in accordance with law. In view of statement of
learned A.A.G., this petition is disposed of with direction to the official
respondents to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.
