Applicant/accused
Syed Hamza Farooq son of Syed Farooq Shah
seeks protective bail in FIR No.112/2025, registered at P.S. City Mansehra for offence under
sections 295-A, 298-A, PPC and Section 11 of PECA Act. Learned counsel for the
applicant submits that the applicant/accused is innocent and has been falsely
implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior motive; that
he is a law abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the trial Court concerned
but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of local police as such he seeks
protective bail to enable him to appear before the concerned trial Court.
Without touching the merits of the cas
e, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused Syed Hamza Farooq son of Syed Farooq Shah, for a period of six (6) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.25,000/-
(Rupees twenty five thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in
the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to
have its effect after expiry of six days from today or whenever applicant/accused
surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear,
in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial Court in the
aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
