Applicants/accused
Muhammad Naseem Khan, Muhammad Aziz Khan and Muhammad
Khan are present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for
applicants/accused submits that the IO has recommended this case for disposal
in “A” Class and applicants/accused are no more
required in the investigation. IO is present in Court and admits this fact that
they are not involved in the alleged offence,
therefore, he has recommended the case for disposal in “A” Class. Counsel for
complainant seeks time to argue his case. Since the IO has found the
applicants/accused innocent, therefore, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the
applicants/accused vide order dated 20.11.2024 is confirmed on the same terms
and conditions.
