Applicant/accused
Rehmatullah Kakar son of
Niamatullah Mohid seeks
protective bail in FIR No.1542/2024, registered at P.S. Sadar
Mureedkay, District Sheikhupura,
Punjab for offence under Sections 448, 511, 382, 506-B, 148, 149, PPC. Learned
counsel for the applicant is not nominated in FIR and the complainant in
connivance of IO managed his name in the daily diary and still the matter is
pending for investigation, however, he is a law-abiding citizen and intends to
surrender before the trial Court concerned but he apprehends his arrest at the
hands of local police as such he needs protection to enable to appear before
the trial Court concerned.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused Rehmatullah Kakar son of
Niamatullah Mohid, for a
period of seven (7) days from today,
subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in
the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to
have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or whenever applicant/accused
surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear,
in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial Court in the
aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
