This
is post arrest bail. Counsel for applicant is called absent. Counsel for
complainant has pointed out that learned trial Court had examined all the
witnesses and statement under section 342, Cr.PC of
the accused has also been recorded. Since the case is at the verge of
conclusion, neither bail can be granted nor rejected at this stage. In view of
such position, this bail application is dismissed,
however, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of the
applicant/accused expeditiously, preferably within a period of one months.
