            Applicants/accused Khalid Mehmood son of Mehmood and Tariq Mehmood son of Mehmood seek protective bail in FIR No.577/2019, registered at P.S. KIA, Karachi for offence under Sections 302, 34, PPC.

 

            Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicants/accused are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala intentions and ulterior motives; that applicants/accused are a law abiding citizen and intend to surrender before the trial Court concerned but apprehends their arrest at the hands of concerned police in the wake of NBWs issued by learned trial Court and requests for suspension of operation of the NWBs in order to enable the applicants/accused to surrender before the trial Court so that their case may be decided on merits.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused Khalid Mehmood son of Mehmood and Tariq Mehmood son of Mehmood, for a period of three (3) days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Operation of NBWs issued against applicants is suspended for three days. Applicants are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever applicants surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
