counsel for applicants/accused at the very out does not press the instant
criminal bail application on merits and seeks direction to the trial Court to
decide the case of applicants/accused preferably within a period of two months.
Counsel for complainant and learned A.P.G. have recorded their no objection for
issuance of such direction.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, trial Court is directed to decide the case of the applicants/accused expeditiously,
preferably within a period of two months. In case, case is not decided within
the specified period, applicants/accused would be at liberty to move fresh bail application(s).
