At the
very outset, learned counsel for applicant does not press the instant criminal
bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial
preferably within three months. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has
recorded her no objection for issuance of such direction.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed, however, trial Court is directed to conclude the
trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
